Le nostre camere tutte con bagno dispongono di televisione, satellite, riscaldamento, macchina per il caffè, mini frigo bar, cassaforte ed aria condizionata.Ogni mattina troverete, davanti alla porta della vostra stanza, un ricco buffet raccolto in un cesto, con pane, burro, marmellata, latte, caffè, aranciata, miele, cioccolata, yogurt, cereali, biscotti, prosciutto formaggio, ecc... a voi scegliere dove consumarla.I nostri appartamenti (45mq) adatti ad ospitare fino a 5 persone, sono elegantemente arredati e dotati di televisione, satellite, riscaldamento autonomo, macchina per il caffè, cucina completa, lenzuola e asciugamani.Potrete usufruire di un ampia terrazza, ideale per la colazione, un deposito dove lasciare le loro biciclette e di un parcheggio privato.

Unser Haus, das in der Altstadt von Chiarano (einem kleinen, nur einen Kilometer von Arco entfernten Dorf) liegt, ist das ideale Ziel für alle, die einen sportlichen und zugleich erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchten und den Gardasee und die Berge in dieser Gegend lieben. Wir haben Zimmer und Wohnungen, wo Sie den Komfort und die Eleganz eines Hotels in einer herzlichen und familiären Atmosphäre genießen können. Unsere Zimmer alle mit Dusche und WC verfügen über Tv mit Satellit, Heizung, Kaffeemaschine sowie Safe und Klimaanlage. Jeden Morgen findet Ihr vor der Tür ihres Zimmers ein reichen Buffet in einem Korb versteckt mit Brot, Butter, armelade, Milch, Kaffe, Orangensaft, Honig, Yougurt, Müsli, Schinken, Käse, etc... Ihr solltet nur wählen, wo Ihr frühstücken mochtet und eine Tasse Kaffe vorbereiten!.Unsere für bis zu 5 Personen geeigneten komfortablen Apartments (45 mq) elegant eingerichtet und verfügen über Tv mit Satellit, Etagenheizung, Kaffeemaschine, komplett eingerichtete Küche, Bettwäsche, Geschirr- und Handtücher. Unseren Gästen steht außerdem eine große Terrasse zur Verfügung, auf der man in der milden Morgensonne herrlich frühstücken kann und ein Bike Depot zur Verfügung und Privatparkplatz.

Our house, which is situated in the old town of Chiarano (just 5 kilometers from Riva and Garda lake and 1 kilometer from Arco ),is the ideal place for everyone desire to spend some sporting (Mountain bike, climbing, parachutism, etc..) and relaxing holidays.At the same time you will begin to love the Garda lake and his mountains. We have double rooms and apartments, where you can enjoy the comfort and the elegance of a hotel in a cordial and family atmosphere. All our rooms have bathrooms, satellite T.V., heating, coffee making facilities, mini-bar fridges, safes and air conditioning. Every morning you will find, in front of your door, a rich choice of food in a basket: bread, butter, jam, milk, coffee, orange juice, honey, chocolate, yoghurt, cereal, biscuits, ham and cheese…… all you have to decide is where to eat it.Our 45 square metre apartments can accommodate up to 5 people and are elegantly furnished with satellite T.V., indipendent heating, coffee making facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, sheets and towels.You are free to use a spacious terrace, which is ideal for having breakfast, a store room for their bikes and a private car park.
