Era il 1966 quando arrivarono i primi turisti a casa Popi. Da allora molti cambiamenti sono stati fatti, ma rimaniamo sempre un piccolo albergo a gestione familiare. La stessa.
Aperti dalla primavera all’autunno, siamo situati direttamente sulla strada principale, la Gardesana Orientale, alle porte del paese. Il centro storico di Malcesine dista solo pochi passi così come la bella passeggiata sul lungolago.
Affacciato di fronte a noi, con una splendida vista, il maestoso Lago di Garda, mentre opposta allo scenario lacustre, una cortina di olivi secolari e piante racchiude un curato e particolarissimo giardino fiorito.
In questo contesto incantevole abbiamo inserito una rinfrescante piscina ed un solarium, con lettini ed ombrelloni, dove stendersi per un bagno di sole in totale relax e tranquillità con un buon libro e una fresca bevanda dissetante, acquistabile direttamente in hotel, o semplicemente appisolarsi cullati dal gorgogliare dell’acqua.
Poi sotto gli olivi del giardino riparati dal sole potrete accomodarVi per uno spuntino pomeridiano.
A disposizione dei nostri ospiti, all’interno della casa, un atrio accogliente, con arredo in giunco ed ancora tante piante verdi ed un salottino dove leggere e guardare la televisione.
Libri in più lingue e molto materiale informativo vi potranno essere utili per organizzare le vostre escursioni.
Disponiamo inoltre di un garage coperto per le vostre auto (aperto fino alle ore 23.00)
Per assicurare una maggiore tranquillità all’atmosfera della casa ed al soggiorno dei nostri ospiti, ci scusiamo ma non accogliamo famiglie con bambini al di sotto di 13 anni di età.
Casa Popi è indicato per chi cerca hotel economici ma con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

It was 1966 when we welcomed our first visitors to the Casa Popi. Many changes have taken place since then by we remain a small family run hotel. (the same family)
Open from spring to autumn we are situated on the main road “the Gardesana Orientale�, the east Garda coast road at the entrance of the town. The historic town centre is just a short walk as is the beautiful lakeside promenade.
The splendid panorama of beautiful lake Garda lays to the front of the hotel whilst to the back a well kept flowered garden is found in the olive groves.
In this peaceful setting one will find the swimming pool and sun terrace equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. An ideal spot for sunbathing sitting comfortably with a good book or simply relaxing or having a nap by the tranquil poolside. You may enjoy a cool refreshing drink bought directly at the hotel or take a snack in the shade of the olive trees.
Inside the hotel guests will find an attractive foyer comfortably furnished in bamboo and a television and reading room. Books in various languages and information of the surrounding area are available for your enjoyment and to help you organise excursions out and about.
Indoor garage parking is available (opens until 11 pm).
To assure a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests we regret that we do not accept families with children under 13 years of age.

Unser Hotel: Wir schreiben das Jahr 1966, als die ersten Touristen zu Haus „POPI“ ankamen. Seither wurde viel verändert, aber wir bleiben immer ein kleines Gasthaus mit der selben Familienführung.
Vom Frühjahr bis im Herbst sind wir immer in Betrieb und sie finden uns am Eingang des Dorfes, direkt An der Hauptstrasse der östlichen Gardesana. Das historische Zentrum von Malcesine, sowie der schöne Spazierweg am See entlang, sind nur wenige Schritte vom Haus Popi entfernt.
Vis à Vis vor uns bietet sich eine Fabelhafte Aussicht, wo sie auch den majestätischen Gardasee erblicken, die Hinterseite im Gegensatz ,ergänzt sich mit einem Vorhang aus hundertjährigen.
Olivenbäumen und verschiedenen Pflanzen, die einen einzigartigen und gepflegten, blühenden Garten bergen.
In diesem zauberhaften Zusammenhang, haben wir ein erfrischendes Schwimmbad und ein Solarium eingefügt, mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet und auf denen man in aller Ruhe und totalen Relax ein Sonnenbad geniesst, nebenbei ein schöne Buch liest und ein durststillendes.
Getränk zu sich nimmt, das man direkt im Casa Popi abholen kann, ansonst, auch nur im Klang des rauschenden Wassers einschlummern.
Nach eurem Begehren könnt ihr im Garten , unter den schattenspendenden Olivenbäume, einen Nachmittagsimbiss zu euch nahmen.
Im inneren des Hauses, befindet sich eine Vorhalle mit Binseneinrichtung und vielen Grünpflanzen und ein kleiner Aufenthaltsraum , wo ihr etwas lesen oder Fernsehen könnt. Ausserdem stellen wir Bücher in mehreren Sprachen und viel Informationsmaterial zur Verfügung, das für euere Ausflüge nützlich sein werden.
Wir verfügen zudem noch über eine Garage für eure Autos (bleibt bis 23.00 Uhr offen).
Um die Atmosphäre des Hauses und den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste mehr Ruhe garantieren zu können, möchten wir uns entschuldigen, dass wir keine Familien annahmen, die Kinder unter 13 Jahr alt haben.
Haus Popi ist für jene empfohlen., die günstige Hotels bevorzugen, doch aber mit einen guten Qualitäts-Preis Verhältnis.
