The Residence is situated about 2,5 km from the Centre of Rivadelgarda, about 6 km from Tennolake, and about 10 km from the Ledrolake away, in a quiet position with a beautiful view, sorrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oleanders. It's also a starting point for enchanting walks and excursions. There are no traffic Foads around. All the apartments are fully furnished and with a doubleroom, a fully equipped kitchencorner in the sittingroom with sleeping sofabed for 2 persons, eatingcorner and a large window (about 3,50x2,70 mt.), bathroom with shower all of them with balcony (mt. 4x1,80) or terrace (mt. 4x4) southward, with garden furniture.
