La famiglia Toblini vi invita a trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno in un ambiente famigliare ed amichevole. Il nostro albergo è vicinissimo al lago. Dispone di 20 appartamenti e 12 camere. Abbiamo ampio salone con annesso il bar, sala di lettura comune, sala per la prima colazione a buffet ed un esclusivo angolo per i più piccoli dove poter giocare in completa tranquillità. In giardino ai bordi della splendida piscina troverete sicuramente un angolo per rilassarVi e godervi il nostro meraviglioso sole. Di recente costruzione la sauna e l'idromassaggio. Ampio garage custodito con rimessa biciclette e spazi per surf e canotti. A richiesta boe per l'ormeggio di imbarcazioni a vela o a motore; pontile privato con zona verde direttamente sul lago con sdraie e lettini a disposizione. I nostri appartamenti sono completamente arredati ed attrezzati per ospitare 2 - 3 - 4 persone. Dispongono di angolo cottura, bagno con doccia WC, telefono, radio televisione ed balcone vista lago. Le camere sono molto spaziose e confortevoli con propri servizi, TV, radio e telefono e balcone vista lago. L'albergo residence dista circa 2,5 Km. dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile con una bellissima passeggiata sul lungolago. Durante il soggiorno potete sicuramente dedicarvi a tantissime attività sia sportive che culturali. Attività che possono spaziare dal surf, vela, mountain bike, tennis, sub (base sub a soli 20m da noi!), a lunghe passeggiate sulle nostre meravigliose montagne, raggiungibili con la funivia che vi porterà in pochi minuti a 1800m., dove potrete ammirare un panorama unico al mondo. Le visite nelle nostre città d'arte si possono organizzare direttamente dall'hotel.

Wir haben eine geräumige Empfangshalle mit Sitzgruppen und einer Bar, ein Lesezimmer und einen Frühstücksraum mit Buffet, sowie ein separates Kinderzimmer, in dem die Kleinen in aller Ruhe spielen können. Im Garten befindet sich ein herrlicher Swimmingpool mit Kinderbecken, Liegen und Sitzgruppen die zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden einladen. Daran angeschlossen, im Hotelgebäude, unser neuer Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Whirlpool. Eine geräumige, bewachte Garage mit Platz für Fahrräder, Surfbretter, Segel und Schlauchboote gehört ebenso zu unserem Angebot, wie Bojen für Segel - und Motorboote (auf Anfrage) und ein hoteleigener Steg mit angeschlossener Grünzone. Liegestühle stehen Ihnen auch hier kostenlos zu Verfügung. Unsere Appartements sind komplett eingerichtet und ausgestattet für 2-4 Personen, mit Kochecke, Wohn-Schlafbereich abteilbar, Bad mit Dusche/wc/Bidet, Telefon, Radio, Sat-TV, und Balkon mit Seeblick. Eine Tauchbasis ist neben unserem Hotelstrand. Eine Seilbahn bringt Sie zum Wanderen oder einfach nur um das wunderschöne Panorama zu genießen auf ca. 1800 m Höhe, in die einzigartige Bergwelt des Monte Baldo. Toblini Family is pleased to invite you to spend a relaxing holiday in a friendly and familiar environment. Our hotel is situated very close to the lake. It consist of 20 apartments and 12 rooms. We have a big living-room with bar, a reading corner, a dining room for your breakfast and special room for our little guests where they can play in absolutely quiet. In the garden, around the swimming-pool, you'll certainly find a spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful sun. Brand new sauna and whirlpool are at your disposal. Surf-board and a float-hanger are situated in the big garage. On request you can hire a buoy for sailing-boat or motorboat; at the beach, a private landing stage and a green area with deck chairs belong to our hotel. Our apartment, with cooking corner, bathroom with shower and wc, telephone, radio, tv and balcony with the lake view, are fully furnished and meant to host from 2 to 4 persons. The rooms are large and comfortable, with shower and wc, telephone, radio, tv and balcony with lake view. The Residence Hotel is 2,5 km away from the center-town, which is easily reached with a nice walk along the lakeside. During your stay you'll have the opportunity to practice your favourite sports as windsurfing, saling, mountainbike, tennis, diving (A Diving Center is only 20 m from the hotel), walking (a cable car takes you in a few minites to 1800m) or if you prefr to visit our historic cities you can book your guided tour at the reception.
