Affacciata sul Lago di Garda ed a ridosso del Parco Naturale del Monte Baldo ( giardino d’ Europa in estate e località sciistica in inverno, raggiungibile in dieci minuti di funivia), a 2 km. dal paese, Villa Malcesine vi attende tutto l’anno per poter garantire la migliore accoglienza in confortevoli appartamenti ideali per vacanze e relax. La villa comprende un terreno di 4000 mq con olivi e giardino ed una piscina da cui è possibile godere un’ampia panoramica del lago.
Appartamento 1
80 mq formati da zona soggiorno/pranzo con accesso ad una grande terrazza panoramica sul Lago di Garda e su Malcesine, cucina fornita di forno, freezer, lavastoviglie, una camera doppia, una camera a due letti, uno studio con divano-letto, un bagno con vasca. Il riscaldamento è centralizzato.

Mit Blick auf den Gardasee liegt es 2 km vom Ort entfernt, am Fuße des Monte Baldo, ein Naturpark, der im Sommer als Garten Europas bekannt ist und im Winter die Möglichkeit zum Skifahren bietet. Villa Malcesine ist ganzjährig geöffnet und bietet einen herzlichen Empfang in komfortablen Ferienwohnungen, ideal für Urlaub und Erholung. Zur Villa gehört ein 4000 m2 großes Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen, einem Garten und einem Schwimmbad, wo man eine herrliche Aussicht auf den See genießen kann.

Our house
Villa Malcesine overlooks Lake Garda and is close to Monte Baldo, the garden of Europe, in the summer and a skiing resort in the winter that can be reached in 10 minutes by cableway. Villa Malcesine is 2 km away from the village, it is open all year round and offers comfortable apartments that are ideal for holidays and relaxation. The villa is surrounded by 4000 sq m of gardens with olive trees and a swimming-pool from where it is possible to enjoy the panorama over the lake.
