Olivi, cipressi e magnolie; il lauro cantato dal poeta ed il mirto: i profumi del Garda, la luce mediterranea, i luoghi di Lawrence e di Goethe. Qui sorse la villa alla fine dell'Ottocento, sulle rive del lago, in un luogo incantato; testimone dei gusti della Belle-Epoque e di tante atmosfere vissute dai grandi turisti d'oltralpe. Negli anni dei telefoni bianchi divenne la Pensione Val di Sogno, rubando il nome alla località splendida di Malcesine; sfruttando la sorte bellissima del paesaggio, della vegetazione e dell'acqua. Col passare del tempo l'edificio subì intelligenti trasformazioni, fino ad assumere il volto di oggi: l'Hotel Bellevue San Lorenzo.
Sono rimaste intatte le atmosfere, la quiete, i profumi, l'eleganza di questa terrazza sul Garda; le stanze che guardano al lago, la spiaggia e gli sport della vela; il gusto dell'arte all'interno e all'esterno: sculture moderne nel parco grandissimo che arriva a sfiorare le onde. La raffinata e moderna gestione rinnova l'accoglienza, il sapore veneziano delle tritore bizantine, dei ferri battuti alle finestre, degli affreschi, come quello del Santo che ha dato il suo nome all'albergo.
E la vista, il paesaggio, ed il clima; i miti del posto e la luce ne fanno un rifugio d'estate, nelle uniche e dolci stagioni del Garda.
L'Hotel Bellevue San Lorenzo è composto da tre ville immerse nel parco della Mignola, impreziosito dalle installazioni di noti scultori italiani e stranieri. Nella villa principale, villa liberty dell'inizio '900, si trovano la suite "San Lorenzo", con i suoi due balconi che offrono un panorama unico sul lago, la hall, il ristorante, la terrazza per le colazioni all'aperto, il bar e la sala lettura con internet point.
La villa rossa ospita una sala per mostre di pittura o conferenze ed il centro benessere con sauna, bagno turco, solarium, idromassaggio, doccia tropicale e palestra.
L'Hotel offre inoltre piscina con terrazza panoramica, enoteca, parcheggio custodito, ascensore e riscaldamento centralizzato.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno, telefono con possibilità di collegamento PC, TV-SAT, radio, cassaforte, asciugacapelli e la maggior parte di balcone con vista lago.

Olbäume, Zypressen und Magnolien; von Dichtern besungener Lorbeer und duftende Myrten; sudliches Licht, Gegenden, wie sie Lawrence und Goethe liebten. Hiet, am Ufer des Gardasees, entstand gegen Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts die Villa in marchenhafter Lage, Schauplatz des Lebensstds der Belle Epoque, dessen Atmosphäre den großen, Reisenden von jenseits der Alpen zum Erlebnis wurde. In dem Dreißiger und Vierziger Jahren schmückte sie sich als "Pension Val di Sogno" mit dem Narnen einer der schonsten Gegenden Malcesines, zum Ausdruck ihrer Harmonie mit der Vegetation und dem Wasser dieser unvergleichlichen Landschaft Intelligente Neuerungen machten aus dieser Villa im Lauf der Zeit das heutige Hotel Bellevue San Lorenzo.
Ünangetastet blieben der Durf, die Stille, die Eleganz dieser Terrasse über dem Gardasee; einladender denn je sind die Zimmer mit Seeblick, der Strand, der Segelsport, Kunstgeschmack herrscht im Haus wie im Freien, wo moderne Skulpturen den weitläufigen Park beleben, der sich his hinunter zum Wasser erstreckt: Die stilvoll-moderne Führung erhöht den Charme des traditionsreichen Milieus, das geprägt ist von den byzantinischen Drillingsfenstern in venezianischer Manier mit ihren schmiedeeisernen Beschlägen; und von Freskogemälden. deren eines den Hl. Laurentius darstellt, der dem Hotel dem Namen gab.
Die Landschaft, das Klima, die Mythen und das besondere Licht dieser Gegend machen den Sommer in diesem Refugium zu einer unvergeßlichen Erfahrung.
Das Hotel Bellevue San Lorenzo besteht aus drei Villen umgeben vom "Parco della Mignola", mit Werken von bekannten italienischen und international Künstlern.
In der Hauptvilla, einer Libery-Villa vom Anfang 900, befinden sich die Suite "San Lorenzo", mit ihren zwei Balkon und ihrem einzigartigen Seeblick, die Hall, das Restaurant, die Frühstücksterrasse, die Bar und das Lesezimmer mit Internet Point; in der "roten Villa" ein Austellungs - oder Konferenzraum und das Wellness-Bereich mit Sauna, türkisch Dampfbad, Solarium, Wihrlpool, Tropen-Dusche und Fitness-Raum.
Auch Schwimmbad mit panoramischer Sonnenterrasse, Weinkeller, Aufzug, Heizung und bewachter Parkplatz stehen zur Verfügung.
Alle Zimmer sind mit Bad, Telefon mit PC-Anschluß, Sat-Fernseher, Radio, Safe und Fön, größtenteils auch mit Balkon und Seeblick ausgestattet.

Here, on the banks of the lake, was created the villa at the end of the 19th century, in an enchanting corner, a perfect and rare witness of the rafined taste of the Belle-Epoque and of the well-mannered atmosphere created and lived by refined tourist coming from all over the Alps. During the "swinging thirties" the villa became "Pensione Val di Sogno" taking its name after Malcesine's famous locality, exploiting the marvellous landscape, the luxurious vegetation and the clear waters. With time passing by the building underwent intelligent transformations here and there slowly becoming what it is today, the "Bellevue San Lorenzo" hotel.
